Attendees of Brooklyn Exposed’s April 3rd “Tasting Brooklyn” event know not to miss a B.E. party. Lines wrapped around the block as Brooklyn’s finest sampled fresh-made menu items from the best eateries in the borough.   SpinSpinNYC was there and it was a pleasure catching up with our Brooklyn friends and colleagues.

This October, Brooklyn Exposed is doing it again. Only this time, the focus is pointed at the area’s most admired mixology and libations. The Brooklyn Shaken & Stirred event will take place at the boroughs coveted Green Building at 452 Union Street in Carroll Gardens and feature drinks from Donna Bklyn, Sunburnt Calf, Brooklyn Gin, Brooklyn Republic Vodka, El Buho Mezcal, Jack from Brooklyn, Pok Pok, Tanteo Tequila, Templeton Rye, White Pike Whiskey, Cu Chulainn Irish Whiskey, Sycamore, Van Horn Sandwich Shop, Tenneyson Absinthe Royale, Maison Premiere, Brooklyn Winery, Parlay Wine, Brooklyn Oeonology, Sixpoint Brewery, and more tba.

Also elected to display premiere offerings at this event are Brooklyn restaurants D. Coluccio & Sons, the Michelin rated Dressler, Tchoup Shop, Allswell, Stone Park, Van Horn Sandwich Shop, Fairway Market, Mable’s Smokehouse and Benchmark.

Representing Brooklyn on the music tip is the borough’s top-ranking purveyor of all things musically tasteful, producer/dj Nutritious. He’ll be laying down rare grooves and eclectic music to help trip the light fantastic.

Limited $40 advance pre-sales tickets have already sold-out and you must purchase general admission tickets to gain entry to this event. Tickets are on sale now at the Brooklyn Exposed website and will sell-out, so grab em up.
